    Unprofessional. Cant measure surfaces according to specifications requested by client. Awful workmanship with poor quality of time management as they ignore us by not returning our calls /emails messages for over 8 weeks to adresse the problems they created . Did not prepare the landscaping by putting plywood down to prevent damage. After lawn was damaged throwing a few handfuls of dirt and grass seeds over soil didnt prevent deep crevices from making the ground surface unsafe to walk on causing accidents to happen. 2 sides of cement base were rounded instead of square. Stairs& railing couldnt be installed because of wrong measurements . Couldnt get into the hottub with the stairs in front of the tub as we requested per work order (couldnt climb 37 inches height because of their improper measurements) M.N.M. accused us of changing dimensions of hot tub when their surfaces appear to not be able accommodate what was agreed upon in original order. Surface of cement form too small for hottub, hottub cover clearance of 2feet& privacy screen . They acted like kids saying they would not talk to us because they didnt like a legitimate question we asked the secretary about what would be our recourse if they didnt finish the work according to contract. Took the money and didnt deliver the work they were supposed to do. I wouldnt recommend this company for all those reasons. They dont score any stars with us.
