    First deposit paid in June 2022.Another deposit paid in August for a total of $20 000. Contract is for a new metal roof, fascia and soffit.Job was pushed to spring 2023 due to lack of planning on Rozon's part. He took new bigger paying insurance jobs and pushed us aside. He did promise to install ice and snow guards free of charge as compensation. Job finally started in May 2023 and we paid Rozon another $10 000 for a total of $30 000. Took almost 2 months for just the roof portion to be completed. He then found out the job was subcontracted. Subcontractor approached us because Rozon still had not paid him and threatened to put a lean on our home. Rozon was very unprofessional about the whole thing belittling the Subcontractor every chance he got.By August 2023, Rozon's communication was getting flacky. When I would ask for a time-line for the rest to be completed his reply was always "I'll get back to you in a few days". Soon he started ignoring my texts and screening my calls and then he even blocked my number.Only $25 000 of the contract has been completed. We are looking to be compensated $5 000 for th3 materials that were never installed. We do not want him anywhere near our homeand highly discourage anyone from hiring Rozon Enterprise.

    14 jun 2023 we signed an agreement to install a Heritage Sr standing seam roof with a install date of the last week of July, first week of September latest and gave ******* ***** deposit by cheque of $26750
    03Aug Emailed ******* asking when are we scheduled
    08Aug ******* responded by email, we are scheduled in September
    25Sep email ******* stating good stretch of weather hope to see you soon.
    02 Oct left voicemail please get back to us bad news is better than no news.
    7Oct ******* called He cannot get the specified material but might get standing seam from ***** but not in October possibly in November. We asked for warranty info on ***** and a firm install date by end of day Oct 9 and advised that we travel in November and this would not work for us that we might have to make other arrangements to which ******* responded that he completely understood.
    12 Oct No response from Rozon Called ******* stating that we are out of time and consider the agreement cancelled requested the return of deposit
    Oct 13 email Rozon Enterprise stating that with no response from him we were cancelling asked for prompt return of our deposit since no material was purchased no services provided. Stated to keep our file and reach out in spring of 2024 when he had resolved his material issues.
    Oct 16. Text to Mr ***** please call me now.
    Oct 17 left voicemail stating we are out of time and consider the agreement cancelled require the return of our deposit.
    Oct 18 email to Mr ***** with complete timeline again requested an immediate response. Nothing.
    Oct 19 sent registered letter with a complete summary demanding the return of our deposit no response to our numerous attempts. Per ****** **** a notice was left. Rozon Enterprise has not picked up the letter.
    Neither ******* ***** nor anyone from Rozon Enterprise has contacted us since October 7th. We are a retired couple. $26,750 is a significant amount of money for absolutely no material, no services and no responses.

    On 12 July 2022 I sent an e-transfer in the amount of $2,800.00 and on the 13th of July I sent another e-transfer of $74.72 to Rozon Enterprise Inc for a total of $2,874.72. Since July, no sign of Mr. ******* *****. I have asked for a date for the work to be done, NO DATE. It appears he does not want to do the job to repair the roof on my daughter's house in Lancaster ON. I am the one paying for this work this is why she signed the contract because I was not available to sign then. I have emailed NO response, telephone NO answer. I am requesting a refund for the money which I paid $2,874.72. His telephone number is either ************ ** ************ *** *** ***** *** *****************************. I am a senior and not too good on the computer, I will try to send you copies of the e-transfers and the contract. ** ********* ****** *** *************  Can you pls try to help me as I need that money. Thank you.

    In March 2022,we went to see Rozon Enterprise for a quote for our roof They will start at the end of April or beginning of May, After that I didn't had any news from them so I called them in the middle of May to see when they were coming to do our roof .They asked me if I could wait a couple more weeks and I said yes. They finally showed up on Monday June 6 and he told me that it will take 1 week to do our roof . But he never showed up the rest of the week. The week after he came to our house for a couple of days ,that's it . We noticed that he didn't put any vents on our house so we spoke to him about it and he said he was going to install a other type of vent on the top of our roof. The third week they finally finish most of the roof except the soffit and facia. I ask him about the vent he was suppose to install on the roof but said to me he never install them and my husband should make holes in the wall on each corner of my house to vent it. We never talk to him about that again because we never seen him again. June 24 was his last day at my house , He said he will come back in 2 weeks to finish the soffit and facia.On the week of August 15 my husband called to see when they will come back , but nobody called him back. On August 24 I sent a text to ask again why nobody called us yet and what was going on , he said he will text me the next day. But he never did. On September 7 I try again to sent a text to ask what was going on with my roof and when they were coming over. His answer was the cell number ( his personal cell phone ) I'm texted to its not the right number to have information I should call the office . I call the office the person that answer me said she will call me back on September 12 but she never did .I called her back on September 14 in the morning and the afternoon with my cell phone and left a message. I used a different phone to call her back and she said she will call me back. Winter is almost here and animals that are going in my attic.
