    I placed an order for (2) Mesh Bladder Ball 5In Asst from their site. Here is the link to the product:******************************************************************************* description says:- Assorted pack of 4 deflated ***** in 4 different colors - Includes 2 basketball and 2 soccer ***** for varied play Based on this description, I was expecting 'Each' order to be a pack of 4 *****. Since I ordered 2, I was expecting 8 total but received only 2. Their customer service stated the ***** are sold individually; not as a pack of 4 like I interpreted the description above.I would consider this to be false advertising or at least misleading. I paid in total $18.34 of which $12.86 is shipping which is egregious in and off itself. Their customer service offered me a refund of $4.11 because they are charging me a 25% restocking fee and I would have to pay the shipping back to them. If I accepted this, I would basically get no money back since it would cost me about $4 to ship it back to them and have no product.I would like delivery of the remaining 6 ***** or a full refund and for them to pay for the shipping back to them.Please let me know if you need any further information.

    This is an assorted product sold per each, which was indicated on the product page. We will though refund the customer.

    ON JULY 16TH 2023 WE ORDERED 4 ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY AND WE WERE TOLD AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON SEPT. 1ST INDICATING THEY WOULD BE SHIPPED 10/5/2023. THAT DAY HAS COME AND PASSED. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR 5 DAYS NOW ON EVERY AVAILABLE CONTACT THEY HAVE AND NO ONE IS RETURNING MY EMAILS OR CALLS,
