    About 9 or 10 yrs ago I had our main floor bathroom refurbished. During the process we had a glass covering for the shower installed which consisted of the permanent sheet and the door. Initially we found the door had been cut too wide they agreed and changed out the door. I assisted them by selling the door to a friend for $100. All went well until about a year ago when the door started to sag causing a scrapping noise on the marble base . When I called them they sent out their employees (3 in total) who examined the door and proceeded to correct it I overheard one ask the others if they brought the necessary pad for the hinges. They both replied they had not so the one turned to me and said if you ever had to call them out again to be certain to mention they should bring out pads. They charged me for this service call. The door started to sag again a couple of months ago and they came out again to make an adjustment again they charged me. A short time later they came out and made an inspection The gentleman said he would have to discuss the matter with the owner. He called a few days later and advised all thing do not last forever and I had to pay ****** to replace the unit. I found this rather strange when I had a similar unit installed in our home in ******* some 16 yrs ago and it is still working 100%. I therefore called ******** ***** in ******* who came out. After attempting to correct the issue and completing some measurements they determined the door had originally been installed up side down They reversed the door and after doing so I find the door is working better then ever. I dropped off the bill from Blondeel to Southwest *********************************************** advising I was looking for reimbursement for their two charges as well as the Blondeel charge. They have simply ignored my request. I am looking for about ****** reimbursement for the three different calls.
