We hired J&J heating and cooling out of ******* to install a new heating and air system in our new house we hired them due to the fact the unit that was in the house was only 2 years old so we figured we would hire them since they worked on home before. The unit was installed we paid in full within a short period of time. The unit that has been installed has been not working right since the day after it was installed we contacted them and have all the messages and emails about the situation. They came out and said it was the board and they would be get it on the go and be back and this has been going on for way way to long almost two years the warrant on the system is going to expire before we actually have a chance to run it as it should. The system trips out on average once a week and we have to go to main breaker panel and turn the breakers off for 10 mins and turn back of for it to work for another week the worst is that it shuts off when we are on vacation and the house gets up to 94. They have stopped answering our calls and wont reply so we dont know what to do we have 14k We have all the proof that they know and agree that it is not functioning as it should they agree to fix it in all the messages we have but they dont

Booked an appointment for a service call, next appointment was 5 days away, no big deal. J & J didn’t show up, or call. I had to call them and that’s when the excuses started. They did come the following day, ordered a part and came back to install with no issues. I was advised the Part had a 1 year warranty. Where it gets very unprofessional is about 2 weeks later the heater broke again with no fault of my own (the first time was my fault and I’ll be glad to own up to it). So after breaking I sent them a text for a service call, to my surprise they text right back and said I’ll be there this afternoon (Friday may 18). I bet you know where this is going after the first service call, you bet ya……. No phone call, text or contact what so ever to say we are in fact not showing up even though we said we would, no sorry that you waited all afternoon to let us in or for us to arrive like we said. I sent a text Friday night saying or merely asking if they were coming next week and to have a good long weekend. Again, NO RESPONSE. Its now Tuesday after the long weekend and I sent a text again asking what the plan was and it would be nice to be in the loop, I mean Friday they said they were coming and didn’t show or call, I have no idea if I should be calling a professional company or just wait on these clowns…. Here’s my response back 7 hours later “Hi, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Honestly, I am done with pool heater service and installations. They are all junk, every single brand. Also I would like to remind you that pool heat is not a priority! It is a luxury. You may leave any review you'd like. There is a lack of tradesmen out there. We do the best we can. I worked 30 hrs over my long weekend.... How about you? We try to be fair with our prices, scheduling is tough... Again we do the best we can. I put a part on your pool heater, it worked when I left. Don't make your inpatients my problem. Thank you, and good luck with the system”
