    February ******* We gave Homescapez a deposit of ********* for a poolside cabana.After numerous times contacting them said he having staff problems and would like to give our refund back but does not have the money.Tried to get together with them with no response.

    We hired Homescapez for a large landscaping project and provided them a deposit on May 26th, 2023 where they committed to providing complete Immerspa pool installation, hardscaping and softscape install. We were given a start date of July 19th, 2023 and told work was to be completed by late summer. Work did not commence until August 21, 2023. Between August 21st and October 3rd, Homescapez had only been onsite a total of nine days, completing only a fraction of the excavation work.By mid-October, having seen little progress and still no confirmed date of installation, we contacted the pool company Immerspa to ask if any arrangements had been made by Homescapez to deliver and install our pool. They informed us that they had not had any recent communication from Homescapez regarding our project. In addition, they informed us that they had received another similar and serious complaint against Homescapez, and they were terminating their relationship with them.Given this concerning information, disorganization, and delays, we contacted ********************** to discuss ending the contract. He agreed that the project was not going well and on December 14th, 2023, he agreed in writing that he was to calculate his costs on our project and reimburse us the balance of our deposit. We requested this proposal many times and on February 22nd, asked to have his costs by February 29th, with no response. We then calculated what we believed to be his costs and on March 7th, proposed this to ********************** as a starting point, again, with no response. We wish to resolve this matter and are asking for the reimbursement of the balance of our deposit since work was not completed and materials not received. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach ********************** and resolve this matter amicably, we feel it necessary to include a third party for assistance and submit this complaint.
