    Attended Fantasy Nails Plus at 424 St Clair St in Chatham On Monday July 24th for a fill on an acrylic set.
    On Friday the 3 fingers on my left hand were in pain by the cuticle, Saturday redness and hot to touch, Sunday, nail bed is swollen red and purple. Sunday July 30 I attended ********* walk-in clinic where I was prescribed antibiotics for the infection I got in my 3 fingers on the nail bed. I know this infection was caused by the salon, the doctor clearly acknowledge that it is also from getting my nails done. I have reach out on several occasions asking to have my nails removed and to be reimbursed, they said no, and that I would also have to pay to have my nails removed.
    I am now going to lose one of my finger nails because of this and I’ve received no solution out of this. I would like to be reimbursed for what I spent on this set as this should have lasted me longer than 5 days.
