On Tuesday January 28, 2025 I brought my vehicle in to the dealership because my engine light and my stop/start service light came on (and I had other issues I wanted looked at) the dealership had called me later that day and told me how they could fix these issues as it was relating to cylinder 1 misfire. I told them to go ahead to fix the stop/start issue and to get my engine light off- they quoted me $450 plus tax. They booked my Jeep in to get fixed on January *******. When I went in to get my Jeep because they said it was fixed they told me the total cost was $1,825.27, I was very upset at this point hence they quoted my the $450 plus tax- they didn't tell me they didn't include the labor cost in the quote they had originally gave me. I had to bring my Jeep back again to the dealership on Monday February ******* because the engine light came back on. The mechanic hooked it up to the reader and said it was just a stored code. I was safe to drive it. I left the dealership and HAD TO GO BACK on Wednesday February 5, 2025 because once again my engine light came on and the stop/start service light. The dealership had booked me for today Friday February 7, 2025 and now want me to pay $2,210.00 plus tax to fix my camshaft, rocker arm set and intake lifter set. My Jeep is a 2020- only 5 years old with about 132 KMS on it. Camshafts should not go that earlier for one thing (I know vehicles are different) But I paid $1,825.27 to have the problem fixed the first time when they told me it was a misfire in cylinder 1 and it is now causing problems again. They should be fixing the problem since the problem was not resolved the first time I brought it in to be serviced
