    I felt the need to leave this review at this point due to the headache this service department has given me. To be specific the service manager *** and how unprofessional he has been to this situation and how he stopped at nothing to try and work against me on this issue. I was bringing my vehicle to this dealership for years (2018 ATS) with an airbag issue (Service Safety Restraint System) I've had this issue since the vehicle has been new yet the resolution I got from *** is that I apparently drop liquid on the seat (I never have) and he decided to report this to GM to get me off of their back as *** was to incompetent to fix the problem. I entertained the notion of the problem being "Liquid" on the seat so I had the sensor and seat replaced at my cost (cost thousands) to be greeted with the exact same light! I have the old seat ***, no damage, no staining yet still the same problem.. All this to say is I still have this vehicle, I will be getting rid of this vehicle and ensure to never deal with another illiterate GM technician again. I felt the need to make this review as this service manager should really be held accountable for his actions. To anyone buying a vehicle from GM, do not go to this dealership, you will regret it with every fiber in your being. I do want to commend the frontline service associates, they where very respectful and did try to assist me, it's really the service manager *** who needs to be held accountable.
