    Have been paying my account every month, on time...they take the amount directly out of my account. In the screenshots you provided, you can see they took money on 11/28/2022 which brought my balance to $0.00.

    Yet today, 12/02/2022, they send me an email that they're deactivating my services until I pay them almost $300.00.
    I haven't added any services, nothing. This charge is for absolutely nothing and I'm NOT paying it. I've called them but, guaranteed, their receptionist Carrie isn't going to answer the voicemail because she NEVER does (I'm still waiting for her to answer voicemails I left almost a month ago ?????).

    They need to remove this NOW and stop trying to force me to pay things I don't owe, or they need to let me out of the contract without fee so I can go to someone that isn't going to putting this stress on me constantly.
    This is what I get for trying to support local businesses.

    Good Morning,

    I have attached the email correspondence that I had yesterday with our Customer explaining to her what had actually happened with her account with us...It was an error on our end and has been rectified there is nothing owing on her account and as you will see I went into detail to each or her complaints explaining what happened on our end.  We did not take anything from her account for the internet and we will never take anything from her account for Internet. She has signed a 2 year contract for her TV service which she now wants to cancel when she signed up we had a promo on for a 2 year contract you got 3 months of service for free.  She has only been charged the installation and the monthly remote charge and has one more month to go for the promo, In the attached letter you will see that I told her that if she wants to cancel she can bring back her receiver and cords along with the remote and we will let her out of the 2 year with no penalty..

    I am not sure what more we can do for her we made the mistake with her account no money was taken and it has all been taken off of her account with us.  There was never an issue it was an automated email that went out in our error, we have tried to contact her numerous times and she never answers the phone and only sent emails yesterday.

    Please let me know if there is any other information you need from us.

    This matter was dealt with prior to BBB sending them my complaint. Nothing more requires attention.
