Last summer I went to **** for a club fitting meaning I would swing some clubs and he would get the information he needed for the custom clubs that I was purchasing. I did the swings and picked the clubs I wanted and he said it would take a little while for the entire set but he could get me the driver by the following day he just needed $2000 in cash to get started and I may need to provide more money at a later date depending on how much it ends up costing. So I go get the cash and come back and give it to him. Next day k pick up the driver. Then for the span of about 3 months we play phone tag and he asks me to come in and do more swings because he lost the notebook and that he’s had health issues so he couldn’t start on my clubs. I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen to delay things and I had no issue with that but in July of last year I was out of town for about a month and I came back and he had sold his house and I had no way to contact him because the phone was disconnected as well. I just want contact with him because he may have forgotten and I really wanted those clubs, or I’d like to get a refund for the amount that wasn’t used to make the driver.
