    Date of the transaction: May 11, 2023 The amount of money you paid the business: $364.31 including taxes What the business committed to provide: Delivery of flowers for my mother's funeral, 15 minutes before the start of the funeral service (delivery at 9:45 am) What the nature of the dispute is: Late delivery causing significant disruption to the funeral service. 20 mins late out of a 30 minutes service. (The driver arrived at 10:20 am). Also they lied to me on the phone saying that the driver will arrive in 5 minutes so we delayed the service because 5 minutes was acceptable by the priest, however, after 10 minutes of delays the priest had to begin because the cathedral is touristic and its a busy cathedral and the priest couldnt wait for the flowers anymore. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: The business offered a 50% refund after my complaint but did not respond to my request for a full refund. I ended up not getting any refund back. They stopped responding completely. Ive attached a screenshot of our emails thread. Account/order/tracking number: POS ******

    Order placed May 11th for delivery May 12th between 9:45AM-10AM for funeral service.


    Customer called May 12th at approximately ****** to inquire about delivery status as well as status on picture of product service paid.


    It was explained that due to unforeseen road conditions and traffic, the driver was delayed and GPS was showing **** minutes out.


    Flowers successfully arrived 10:20AM (20 minutes delay).


    We sent an email at 10:48am sincerely apologizing again for the 20 minute delay and confirming with you that you have been refunded for the picture service paid.


    Customer then emailed ****** advising of concern and demand for compensation,


    Based on the fact that the flowers were successfully received and delivered for the service, and that the quality of the flowers were to standard, a 50% refund was offered as compensation. It was stated that a full credit could not be awarded at this time.


    Customer refused offer May 24th for this credit (12 days after), did not engage the customer further.
