This is easily the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life, and I have purchased 4 cars and 2 motorcycles, all from different dealerships around *******.Aside from the extreme disorganization and unprofessionalism I had to deal with, there is a very concrete and disheartening reason that lead me here to write this review today. From the start of the process to purchase a motorcycle, I asked for upfront pricing: I wanted to know all the fees and total final price of the bike that I would be paying. I asked for this on the phone and through email. When I explicitly asked for a **** of sale with the final, total price, including all accessories, fees, and taxes for insurance purposes, I finally got one. It said Documentation Fees would be $0 (see photo attached). 2 weeks later when I went in to sign for the bike, after 3 months of correspondence, wouldnt you know, theres a surprise extra Doc Fee of $195, sneakily added at the bottom of the **** of sale they wanted me to sign, hoping that I wouldnt notice it. It was never mentioned to me before signing day and I persistently asked the salesperson and the financial advisor about any extra fees many times and of course there was no sign of it on the **** of sale I had been sent earlier. When I asked what it was for, they tried to convince me that it was a bank fee at first, but then conceded that it was indeed a dealership fee, required to acquire a special Kawasaki financing rate?! Absolute bull ****.I was so appalled by the dishonesty, deception, and condescending rudeness of the manager, that I walked away from the sale.Avoid this dealership like the plague, they will nickel and dime you, stab you in the back, and then s**** you out of every last ***** they can steal out of your pockets when youre not looking. The people that lied to me, committed fraud, and contributed to corruption are:************************* *********************************************** (Financial Advisor)******************************* (GM)
