      1750 cash given on July 14th. No invoice or receipt given. This person was recommended by a friend, so I trusted him. I was wrong and learned an expensive lesson. This business was to do a car wrap for me. To his own admission he spent the cash I gave him ( deposit ) on something else. He told the friend that recommended him. He also kept changing his story about the wrap being orderd. Being back ordered. It's on the way. It's coming direct from the supplier. Yet dragged on for 2 months. Things got heated when I questioned what was happening. Then I find out he has no place to do it. Arguing got heated. I was no longer comfortable with him doing the wrap. I said we need to work this out, talk and wipe the slate clean. He never responded to that. Just kept saying he woukd do it that weekend. Then said I canceled. Said he depended on the job to feed his kids. Lost his day job. Has 20 dollars to his name. None of that is the business of the customer. It doesn't have anything to do with the commitment of the job. He's refused to give my cash back. Or at the very least, the wrap roll purchased. Nothing is out of his pocket. He got 1750 from me. Now I'm out that money, and the wrap. As far as I'm concerned, he stole from me. Misled me. When I told him that he threatened to come to my house and have me say it to his face. And it was very threatening in his tone. All I wanted was my money or the wrap. His words " you're not getting a damn thing "

      I found signlabs on the internet for a wraping job on my Honda Civic. First he didn’t do completely job hade to bring it back for him to finish. He didn’t put the price back on car also. 2-3 days later I noticed on the wing and roof the vinyl was coming off I messaged him so did my husband he said he would do it two weeks and when two was up and he didn’t. Contact we contact him gave a excuse and said it be another 2 weeks two weeks after I message him again and another excuse. Today august 29 almost two months since the car was done I messaged him and again gave another excuse he broke he don’t have money to buy vinyl. He having family problems. Telling me not his fault that the vinyl was defective. He goes by simsone labrosse. I added pictures of the weeks of trying to get him to fit it and now I asked for my money back to take it somewhere else to get fixed. He then calls and says he don’t own a business he does it on the side but yet he charged me taxes. He is telling people he has a business charging taxes and says it warranty thru a business then after saying he only does it on side. Even in his bill (added licture) he said owner and operator but he will not fix his mistake cause he don’t have money to do it or give refund. If he has done this to me it will keep doing it to others.

      I acknowledge to the client I would repair/ replace it, when the material was back in stock, at Wich point she agreed. She then sent her boyfriend to my home multiple times with threaths on a Stocking issue that was out of my control, multiple phone calls at all hours of the day, I then advise the client I would not do further business. A refund will not be made, as it is stated on my invoice there are no refunds, I offered to warranty the work, but I i will not put mine or my family's life in danger.

      I am rejecting this response because sign labs/ wx graphics was only contact when he kept says in 2 weeks in then in two weeks ge said product hasn’t come be another two weeks when I contacted him and so I waited once again over two weeks to be told he is going to court for his child and did it have the money to buy the vinyl to fix car. His house is were he has his business. No one threath him all we asked for was a date he was going to fix my car and he just kept giving excuses. And then tell me when he fines out I went to *** he was going to take me to court because I went to *** and that he is not a company claw he don’t pay taxes on the money he charges even tho in Ontario which I looked into with he government yku have to claim and pay taxes on money made. 

      his home address is the address he gave for his business address at no time was his or his family live in any danger. He is the one that threw thing us many of times over the phone which I can proof.
