  Deposit first paid bank transfer April 2023 2- 4 months quote to complete Tiny Homes.$126,000.00 paid per unit total $252,000.00 paid.both units delayed by 5- 6 months first time complaint made about delays business owner contacted OPP and requested i be denied access to viewing the progress of my Tiny Homes during the build process. ***** made numerous disparaging remarks to me via, text, email and ******** messenger Owner made numerous disparaging remarks about me to suppliers and sub trades involved in the building of my Tiny Homes. Owner as well made negative remarks and false claims of me not making proper installment payments with the financing company where bank loans were created one per Tiny Home. Owner lied about progress of Tiny home build and provided false details via text, email and received further funding to complete Tiny Homes, as of today April 19 2024 I still don't have my second Tiny Home, Owner remains very difficult to communicate with and delays responding to my lawyer. As well Owner refused to communicate at a basic level to keep me the customer informed of the status of my Tiny Homes build schedual.

  Thank you for that email about Crystals complaint. I read through her complaint and there is a lot of nonfactual information in there. 
  
  We have been behind on her second home, yes. However, it has been done and ready for pickup (pending final payment) for the last 2 days. Her lawyer was notified as SOON as we completed our *** inspection on the home. 
  
  I can prove that I respond to her lawyer right away, every single time. 
  
  The reason I do not communicate with her any longer is because she has taken it upon herself to try and destroy this company. She has been charged with trespassing, unfortunately. It was also under her instruction that I (*********************) do not contact her directly ever again (also email proof of that). 
  
  This clients product is finished and is ready to be picked up. She is sending this message to you guys on the 3rd day it has been ****** for pickup - again, pending final payment that she is well aware of.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  
  Tiny Footprints Home refuses to address any concerns in a reasonable manner. 

  The owner simply places blame on the paying customer  

  The permit to build my first unit wasnt even applied for until Sept 5, 2023  yet TFH had already started roughing in the unit first unit with French doors as per my first choice with an original completion estimate given as Sept 01, 2023  the second unit Oct 01, 2023  First Unit is the one still on TFH property  again as they lied about what work was being done on which home   I received the Second Home that was started Aug 31, 2023  with a sliding door that I agreed to accept so that my units would be done sooner   Feb 20, 2024 TFH made available the sliding door unit and claimed it as the first unit started only after desperately trying to get details from TFH why such long delays  TFH gave another 2 estimates of when I might get the French door Unit that was started first in May of 2023  first they said 2 weeks, then two weeks to a month  and now here we are April 19 and this unit has just been made available   But TFH rejected my first availability to pick up unit this Saturday and simply claims he and his partners are all too busy to get his sooner than later   TFH owner ********************* only knows how to make gregarious comments and again immaturity shines   ****** founder ******************* attempted to repair the damage caused by *********************** behaviour towards me and made promises to communicate with me and take **** out of that equation  this sadly ended abruptly and end of November 2023 as ******************* ended his business relationship with ********************* and TFH and made a few attempts to try and get **** to complete my units   November 9th 2023 was the completion estimate given my *******************  but was unable to achieve this as ********************* had not used funds paid to purchase product for on build my units   I was forced to obtain my ownership documents via another supplier involved in the building of my TFH  advice was given to get my units as soon as I can from TFH   Also contact restrictions were started by me as to ********************* texting me aggressively, emails with slanderous attacks and a personal ******** message to my personal ******** again attack my character and making threats of legal action if I make any public complaints  **** has as well emailed these same character attacks and the threats of legal action through  advising me he is going to include his lawyer in email communication  yet this later has not made any statements to me of representation  **** is the first to make a threat of this nature and I subsequently required my own attorney to protect my assets   ********************* continues to make slanderous statements against my character in his communication to my lawyer   Again his lawyer has not engaged in any communication on an official nature regarding this matter
