    After considerable searching, reading many reviews and getting feedback from neighbours who had used them, I arranged for Ductwise to clean the **** ducting and dryer vents in our 3-year old home. Even after reading many positive reviews, I have to say I wasn't prepared for such a positive experience. **** and his assistant arrived exactly on-time, and immediately began setting up protective equipment to keep our home clean and undamaged during the cleaning process. At the same time, they took the time to thoroughly explain how exactly the process would work, what they would be doing and how, what to expect in the way of noises and how long the process would likely take. Except for updating us regularly, they worked non-stop, and anyone could see they clearly knew what they were doing. While they were here, I learned that they also offered cleaning of central vac systems. I asked if maybe next time, they could provide a check of that as well. **** said it was no problem to check it out for us while they were here. He did so, and explained that our central vac system was perfectly clean and didn't require a cleaning. Not only that, there would be no charge for the checkup! During the cleaning of our dryer vent, they discovered an air leak very near the dryer, and took the time to repair it, again at no extra charge. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about Ductwise, and can confidently recommend them to anyone without hesitation.     We recently had Ductwise in to clean our ducts and dryer vents. This was our 4th time using them and we will continue to refer and use them. They are reliable, trustworthy and the price they quote is the actual price. The lady I spoke with to arrange our appointment was kind, and professional, she even went out of her way to help us with a scheduling conflict. The technicians that came were super friendly, clean cut and I felt comfortable having them in our house. They didnt try to upsell on things we didnt need and even directed us to another company that could help us fix a small problem they noticed
