***** is super responsive before deposit & NOT responsive after deposit. There are always a lot of excuses: 1) I messaged her about all my concerns and questions, she did not address them, instead she stated "I'm.not reading your post at this time." 2) I heard "a puppy may be available" for 2 weeks, when I finally gave up, she had excuses for not answering my messages and suddenly put pressure on me to choose him because she had "several msgs ongoig" for him. 3) She kept saying "this puppy that you have express desired.", twisting my words because it was "THIS pup MAY be available". I did accept if available, but within a reasonable time, but after deposit minimal response. 4) There is no proper contact for this business, it's only FB messenger, when asked about a contact number so we can discuss by phone, she ignored the question (a lot of ignored questions) 5) She shared her other client's name, occupation, area living and current situation, which was really inappropriate, should be confidential. 6) In new FB posts I see some pups have half white faces with pink skin around the eye. I found out from other Aussie breeders this is not normal unless a parent was a double merle (they aren't as she posted the parents), so those pups are at risk for hearing and vision defects. I also found this true on the net. 7) Her deposit is higher than most at $800. Others we between $300-$500 just FYI 8) Her website states there's a questionnaire for potential homes to ensure it is appropriate, she never asked me about my environment or used the questionnaire. You get a pup if you pay even if the home isn't suitable. Excuses she will have: 1) There was an ice storm with no power - other breeders were responsive and she should be using phone or text to communicate for deposit commitments.(My correspondence issues started before the storm) 2) I have puppies to tend to-so do others, when money is transferred there is an obligation to respond. Find a different breeder.
