    During our 2021 custom home build under General Contractor, *********************************** of Ballantyne Builds, the following evidence-based and documented deficiencies occurred; incomplete submission of Township of ******** demolition permit, successive Township of ******** failed inspections, ******** commissioning regulations omitted/failed under Ballantyne Builds sub-contractor resulting in comprehensive **** investigation, **************************** Concilliation Inspection (builder non-registered ******* builder throughout 2021 build), ****** Early Resolution and Stakeholder Outreach Representative declared, 'builder breach of professional conduct,' ongoing mandated **** complaint/investigation. Client home remains posted on ballantyne_builds Instagram.
