    I paid, $132.21 for a paramedic exam preparation course in September of 2022. I tried to use the course but all of the material was out of date, and scenario based questions out of order making the package impossible to use in my studies. I immediately notified the company and received a generic response stating someone would respond to my inquiry within 24 hours. I have called this company 10+ times within almost 5 months, since September attempting to get a refund on the course and have been told I’d hear back within 24 hours.     I purchased a course from this website Test Ready Pro inc Nov 20’2022 for 133 dollars
    The course and website advertised unlimited online practice tests etc
    We were not able to load the course and have been attempting to be in touch with a representative since
    When we call the company no one is available to return my calls and emails and we are only put through to a calling system which I am told someone will call me back however no one ever does.

    I tried to reach out to the owner but he is not reachable on any sites either * **** ** ****** * **** **** ****** *** *** demand my credit card to he reimbursed by this company
