    Poor quality windows were cracked upon installation. Install team broke my brick masonry while hammering a window into place. Window crank pins are breaking and paint is chipping. They avoid warranty calls unless you give them more money even though deficits were mentioned at install date. How long before Clera goes out of business and changes it’s name just like previous it’s previous FHM name.

    We thank you for reaching out, Clera has been in business for over 45 years and will be around for many more to come. We have provided windows and doors to thousands satisfied customers. As per our conversations and emails, we offered to provide you with all the window parts for free of charge, but you refused. As per the terms and conditions of your contract that you signed in 2015 there is a mandatory labour fee for services after two years of installation date.. This charge is applicable to all customer's unless otherwise specified on their contracts. Your regional branch manger addressed your issues in 2016 . If you don't wish to proceed with our service the offer for the free parts is still available, you are welcome to reach out to our head office .
