    The transaction was completed on behalf of a second-party who was completing the renovations for our basement. We paid around $2500 for 3 “refurbished” appliances (washer/dryer, stove, and fridge) with a 3 month warranty. Within this time all 3 appliances started malfunctioning. We received a missing part for the washer and dryer and it now stops spilling water all over the floor. The oven makes a very loud rattling noise and has a door that doesn’t stay closed. Our food was spoiling week after week and then the fridge stopped cooling. I tried to contact Kai, the man who made the delivery and provided the warranty, in September and he had been ignoring my calls. My daughter-in-law was finally able to get into contact with him and he made promises to bring a new fridge (did not acknowledge the oven), set a delivery date and time several times and didn’t show up. We gave him several opportunities and he kept coming up with excuses; no delivery driver, cancellations, truck broke down, etc. The fridge was being used by a family of 5 with 3 young children so they desperately needed their fridge. They were without a fridge over the holiday so we had to buy a brand new fridge. ** **** ****** ** **** ******* *** **** ** ********* **** ** *** **** ******** ***** ** ******* Although I have resolved the fridge situation on my own, we still have a faulty oven and subpar washer and dryer. At this point, the only solution would be a removal of his appliances and a refund. We have also been waiting on an invoice for a total of 5 months. He claims it was given to a man but the homeowner is a woman and that is who the invoice should have been given to.

    We purchased a double oven stove from this company. Within 2 weeks the stove broke. The delivery man picked it up, gave us a beat up loner stove and said our stove would be fixed in 2 - 3 days. He picked it up on a Thursday. I asked him would the stove be ready before next Saturday ** ** ****** ********** ** ************ ** ***** ****************** **** ****** * ********* ** *** **** *** ******* *** ******* *** *** **** * ****** He assured me it would take 2 - 3 days to complete. Well Thursday rolled around and the stove wasn’t ready. He said it would be ready Friday afternoon. I didn’t want to take a chance. So I drove up there and talked to the sales agent and told her my situation. The loaner stove they gave us was not only beat up but too to small to cook with and keep food warm in the oven. I told her that I’d like to replace the loaner stove with a bigger loaner stove to accommodate the amount of food being cooked. I told her ** **** wanted to keep the other original stove because it had a double oven. She assured me that was a possibility. But wasn’t completely sure if the other stove could be fixed. That evening the delivery dropped the new temporary stove off and I told him we still wanted the other stove once it was fixed. ** ****** ** ** **** * ***** ** ** ** *** **** **** ******* ***** ** ****** *** ******** ****** **** *****. I shared with him how important it was to have the stove we initially purchased. ** ******* ******* *** ***** *** said he would look into it and get back to me when it was fixed. Im currently writing this two weeks later as I called him and he said they were going to return the original because I said I wanted to keep the temporary single oven stove. He begin to say the fact that I replaced the original loner stove with the with new loaner was a sign that I would take the single over stove. When I left their location after asking for a new loaner, the sales agent assured me I would get the original stove back when it was fixed.
