      I have been a long time customer at Miami fades , I have not gone to the location in about 2 weeks however I seen a transaction from Miami fades last Friday for $33.90 , I did not go to Miami fades I sent an email no response for 24 hours I called next day Spoke to ***** said will call me back nothing , I called the next day she said some unknown fraud may have happened and not to just me but all customers . Advised funds would be given back and she will call me back 24 hours goes by nothing . Then they ignore my calls my car payment bounced because I have limited funds and now my car company charged me $75 nsf fee and my bank $45 nsf fee now with miami fades error im short $153 , this is ridiculous they take out unauthorized payments as they have by debit **** info saved on file that is linked to my bank account

      A full refund was already issued to ******** ********** last week, * **** ** *** ****** ******* ** ********. This amount was charged due to a no-show fee, we have a no-show and late cancellation policy **** ** **** ******** ** **** ****** In addition to the full refund that was already issued, we will be offering ******** store credit due to the inconveniences he faced as a result of the no show charge.

      ******** ********** My car payment bounced and was charged nsf fee of 45 from my bank and $75 from my car finance company . The funds was taken out over 2 months after makes no sense
