    I canceled my subscription over two years ago for this company. I scheduled a pickup and left out the water cooler as per instruction by the company. I moved out from this location and left the country. The company was unsuccessful in their pickup of the water cooler so they decided to continue charging me for TWO YEARS. The charges remained unnoticed because I was dealing with the estate of my recently deceased mother, and didn't review this charge, trusting the company in good faith had canceled as per our communication. After recently noticing that I've paid over 400 over two years for spring water delivery and water cooler that I do not have, I am furious that they continue to charge me. I called them and they said that I have to pay the balance of 90 or 360 and they will stop billing me. I refuse to pay another dime to this company after they've charged me illegally for a rental and product that I never received or used. I believe they should refund me everything they charged me since November 2021.
