What you stated is false.  You signed with our company in July of 2023 after working with the agent for several months.  You provided documentation on several occasions and signed multiple documents after a full and honest explanation of the program was explained to you in detail. You had a dozen discussions with our agent prior to moving to the final step.  Do keep in mind we record all our calls and your situation has been reviewed in detail.

We do not pressure anyone to move forward, and your experience was in line with our regular, ethical business practices.   Indicating you were wronged in any way after more then 6 months after you entered into insolvency with the trustee is not a fair narrative. Its understandable you feel additional pressures and stress given a change in your personal situation.  **** ** * ****** ** ***** **** *** *** ** **** *** **** *** *** ***** ** ****** *** ******* ** * ********** **** ***** **** *****.  I would be more then happy to review anything you have that proves otherwise.

As mentioned, I can be contacted directly.  If you are rejecting the opportunity to discuss your matter so we can assist you further, then I will consider this situation closed.  Please reach out at any time should you change your mind.
