    I had an amazing experience working with Robert B. from Merchant 1 Payments. He was able to significantly reduce my credit card processing fees and also provided me with the ******* smart terminal that saved me thousands in comparison to using other POS systems. We were in desperate need of a cash register system. With the help and guidance of Robert, he steered me to the ******* which saved our fundraiser. We found out that it is great for cataloguing products and services being used as on on-site cash register system. With the built in "tip" process, we improved the amount of donations we received from our customers by 50%. I highly recommend speaking to Robert if you need any assistance with your credit card processing. Thank you Robert for making our life so much easier with your recommendations and assistance.

    I've been very happy with Jayden at Merchant 1. He was patient with me when we first began to speak about the service even though I very often delayed it to work on other things. We just finished a very long call about a very small thing but he wasn't pushy or dismissive. I'm confident that I have a good system that is not only reducing my procoessing costs but also administrative time.

    Jayden has recently set up my small business with Merchant 1 and I am very happy with the service so far. Quick and easy to get a hold of, always checking in to see how we are doing and a pleasure to work with.     It is always a pleasure to deal with Rob and Merchant 1. Rob provides efficient customer services responding to questions quickly and follows up when required. The system is user friendly and easy to navigate. Training new staff members on the process is seamless.
