    I signed an agreement with this company for debt consolidation. My debt would be reduced by agreeing to pay off a lesser agreed upon amount by making monthly payments over the next 4 yrs. They in turn agreed to contact the companies I had gotten loans from, in order to stop them from taking me to collections and to stop interest from accruing on these loans. I continued receiving mail and phone calls from these companies, after I began making payments, who said they had never spoken to the debt consolidation company. When I complained to them that I was still receiving phone calls and being contacted by these companies, they assured me that it would be dealt with. Months went by and the loan companies never heard from my debt consolidation company and my loans were still building interest and because I was no longer directly dealing with those companies,due to the advice from the debt consolidation company, my credit kept on getting worse. Their ********** in holding up their end of the contract, allowed my debt to grow substantially due to interest and lack of communication to these companies on their part. I kept on inquiring why they weren't doing their part until I finally decided that they had broken the agreement by neglecting to do anything they had agreed to do for me.
