    On March 24, 2023 i made two orders for vinyl with ND Graphics. Order number ******** total of order $627.03 and ******** total for order $1453.55. I have net 30 days terms on my account. Today April 5, 2023. I have invoices for the orders that are different in pricing and totals. The new pricing is $300.63 more that the orders i had placed. I have email conformation for the orders and the original pricing. I never agreed to the increase in pricing and the new pricing came in to effect after I placed my orders. Plus one item was the wrong size and I asked if I could not take it on pick up. I was told yes no problem now I recieve an invoice for $13.87 for restocking fee 50% is what they charged me. I pointed out no where does ND Graphics have a restocking fee advertised nor was I informed when I asked if I don't take it. I was told no problem and it would be removed from my order.

    On March 24, 2023 we received a web order from ***** ******* ********* for pick up at our ND Graphics Calgary location.

    The web order was sent to our processing program ******* **.

    Once the order was received we reviewed it and adjusted the pricing to match our local market pricing, which in most cases is lower than the pricing the customer would have seen when he entered his order on the website.

    There was some confusion on the customers behalf as he was comparing the pricing from his web order, thinking it was the invoices against the final order confirmation.

    On April 12, 2023 the customer came in to pick up his last back-ordered items and we explained that he was comparing the original web order confirmation (which had higher prices) to the final order confirmation not the invoices.  I provided him with copies of his invoices and compared them to the final confirmations.  Based on this we actually charged him less not more.

    Once this was explained, ***** ****** was satisfied with the resolution and planned on retracting his original complaint.
