    I signed up for this subscription like more than 2 weeks ago because of a 30 day free trial. Only to realize later that all channels they offer are offered for free on my phone and I can't even cancel. There is no crystal clear procedure to cancel. On the 2nd of May 2024 they would bill me $16.99 if I don't cancel.     I cancelled my subscription with them and want a refund. The page(****************) to contact them is not even available and I have no other to contact them. According to their terms and conditions, I am eligible to a refund as a resident of Quebec.     I was offered river tv for 9.99 a month for 3 months deal, I removed some movie channels and they said I cancelled my subscription which I did not cancel. When I removed the channels they asked for my banking information which I had to put in again then I get billed for the grand total with no deal, I tried to ask for my deal but they will not honour their offer. I am not asking for the deal again I want what is offered to me. ***** *********** ** *** *** ***
