    JANUARY 31, 2024, I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH ESTHETICIAN LORENNA. I WAS NOT GIVEN A PHYSICAL COPY OF THE CONTRACT. FEBRUARY 11, 2024, I CONTACTED LORENNA TO ARRANGE TO SPEAK TO HER VIA PHONE CALL ABOUT MY NEED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT.
    ON FEBRUARY 12, I SPOKE WITH LORENNA; SHE GAVE ME THE CONTACT NUMBER FOR ********, THE LOAN COMPANY. I CONTACTED ******** IMMEDIATELY AND WAS TOLD THAT ******** HAS A CONTRACT WITH ICE 21 CANADA, THE MERCHANT, AND ONLY THE MERCHANT CAN CANCEL THE CONTRACT.
    THE WITHDRAWAL DATE OF THIS LOAN IS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 2ND, 2024.
    FEBRUARY 12,13: I HAVE MADE FAILED ATTEMPTS TO ARRANGE A DATE WHEN I CAN DROP OFF THE DEVICE AND SPEAK TO THE OWNER, WHICH I WAS DENIED SEVERAL TIMES.

    The client asked for a refund and we let her know that there is no problem however she needs to return the products first.

    After one week she came back with only one product out of approximately 5 items, stating that we need to do the cancel the financing contract first and then she will come back with the rest of the items.

    I am rejecting this response because: THE RESPONSE OF THE BUSINESS IS INCORRECT.

    THE DEVICE WAS RETURNED FEBRUARY 23, 2024 AT THE ******* ******* STOREFRONT. I DID CONNECT WITH CSR AGENT EVELYN THAT I PREFER TO RETURN DEVICE AT THE THE NEAREST POLICE STATION ** ******** SHE DECLINED. ** **** ********** **** *********** ******* ** ******** *** ***** *** *** **** *********** *** ** *** ** ******* ************

    TO INFORM THE SKINCARE ITEMS WERE GIVEN TO ME AS A GIFT.

    HOWEVER THE DEVICE WAS RETURNED FEBRUARY 23, 2024.

    As we mentioned, the client returned only one of the 5 items she received.

    Same day she returned the one item SHE PROMISED TO RETURN THE REST WITHIN ONE WEEK.

    The contract has been canceled.

    Items can not be picked from a police station as it is not police/criminal matter. 

    If the client do not want to come to the store she can ship it to our store no problem.
