    On April 15,2022, I agreed to get my old asphalt driveway dug up and a new one put in. We agreed on $5000. On July 7, 2022, Pave-Way gave us our new asphalt driveway. On April 16, 2023, I noticed a spiderweb of cracks in our new driveway. I contacted ****, the salesman I dealt with who directed me to their customer service department. On April 16th, I sent customer service a copy of our receipt, along with photos with the damaged areas in our driveway. They phoned me back on April 19th and told me they would be by sometime in May to do the repairs. May came and went and no one from Pave Way came or even contacted me. So on June 16th, I sent another text looking for an update. On June 18th they replied, that they would be over in the "next 2 weeks". On July 14th I again texted them, notifying them that I was going on holidays the first week of August and that I did not want the repairs completed while we were gone. I also sent additional pictures, because I now have grass growing in spots all along the right side of the driveway. (the repair will now be a larger one). No reply until July 25th, was asked for a few more weeks "** **** **** ******* **** *****". On July 31st I now notice grass starting to grow up the left side of the driveway. Sent additional pictures of new trouble spots. August 8th let them know we were back, and was asked for my address. Have not heard from anyone since. This drive way has a 1 year warranty, however **** told me that if I had any problems the first 2 years they would look after it. However that part is verbal and I cannot prove it. Summer is almost over and despite reaching out, I keep getting the runaround. Every time I text, they ask me again for my address, ** ***** **** **** *** ********. I still have all texts and pictures of my drive way to prove my claim, as well as the original receipt which says in writing all work guaranteed for one year. I am asking for a replacement but would prefer a refund and get someone else.

    I am rejecting this response because: they have not responded to me after I sent pictures of damage. I assume it was the owner who gave me his cell number said on Sept 3rd he will get back to me. On Sept 15th I texted the number provided and asked for an update, It is Sept 19th and no one has responded to my Sept 15 inquiry.

    I'd like to say we came to a resolution. They have provided to me in writing that my driveway will be repaired in 2024.

    I am rejecting this response because: driveway was not repaired properly. I was assured that I would not be able to see the repairs. My driveway looks like a jigsaw puzzle. If the roles were reversed would the company be happy with the end results? Or if this was carpet of hardwood flooring this would be unacceptable why is a driveway different. I paid for a brand new driveway. It should look seamless! After years there will be wear and tear but these damages happened while under warranty *** *** ******* **** *** **************** *** *** ** **** ******** For $5000 I deserve to have my driveway done correctly and professionally.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    We completed paving work on ****’s driveway approximately 2–3 years ago. A few months after the initial installation, some cracking was reported. In response, we promptly dispatched a repair crew to assess the issue and applied a fresh coat of driveway sealer.

    Approximately one year later, **** contacted us again with concerns about dips forming in the driveway. We immediately sent another crew to evaluate the situation. All damaged or compromised areas were removed, and we repaved approximately half of the driveway to ensure the quality met our standards.

    **** has since expressed his satisfaction with the completed work and has agreed to notify the Better Business Bureau that the matter has been resolved to his satisfaction.

    **** has reneged on reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and at this point we have done everything that we can do

    I am rejecting this response because: there are inaccuracies in their reply. It took them 2 seasons to fix an area on my driveway that is approximately 3 feet by 6 feet not half my drive way as stated in their reply. I never contacted them about any dips in my drive way. I did however text them about grass growing in over 30 spots along the edges. I have  a record of all texts to prove my claims. I even texted the owner after repairs were  completed and expressed my dissatisfaction with the finished project. My drive way is not all in one piece like it should be. You can clearly see the part they cut and repaired, My driveway looks like a jigsaw puzzle.

    I repaved my driveway with "Pave-Way Asphalt" last April 2022. On the contract we signed, it was one year warranty included. Last week I found out that the new driveway was cracked in several places. Try to contact the company, both through email and phone, but they never got back to me. I emailed several pictures to make the case more urgent, but nothing yet. I have no other choice left, but to file this complain with BBB.
