    Ordered an electric wheel chair on July1st or 2nd. next day I got a message that it was not available so I phoned to cancel the order. they told me I would get my refund in a few days. When I did not get it I called and was told they could not cancel because it was already shipped.
    then For the next 2 months I got every excuse imaginable such as: held up in customs; the rail car was on a ssiding and theywere having trouble getting it released; etc. Finally after 2 months I finally got the chair and after only one week of use the power joystick quit working. They did send a replacement, which was for a different model; i returned it to them along with the faulty joystick and the sent another one, but to the wrong adress, so I never received it. these events took place throughout October; November and December of 2022. In January of 2023 i sent them a letter of demand for a full refund, with a threat of taking them to court.They then sent me the proper part but ignored my claim for a refund. **** ******* *** **** ******* *** **** **** ********* ***** *** ** ***** *** **** *** **** *** **** **** ** *** **** **** *** ******** ********* ******* *** *** ***********
