      September 2024 we went to the Hamilton location to order a custom cut winter cover for our pool. We did the measurements, went back and forth with the staff. Paid a 50% deposit on Septmber 6th. Was told that it would take about 2 weeks to receive the cover No update, no product received as of Oct 1st so I emailed them (the contact I had been going back and forth with a few weeks earlier). That email bounced. I now see on ****** that it shows they are permanently closed. Tried calling both the Hamilton location and head office - says the lines are disconnected. I have paid them $420.00 and have no product and no way of getting my money back. No attempt was made to inform us that changes were happening on their end. I don't know what to do at this point.

      Aug 19, 2024 - Purchase of Winter Cover for inground pool. Deposit of $630.18 (50% of cost) made by credit card. Called business week of Sept 2, 2024 - was advised cover would be available following week. Called business end of following week...no answer/ no ability to leave message. Website down. message says on landing page: Opening Soon. No notice of status of business. Sept 25, 2024 - drove to Hamilton, ON location **** ********** ******* **** handwritten sign saying business has permanently closed. no direction provided for outstanding orders. Would request my money be credited back to my credit card.

      Contacted "*** ** *** *** * ******** ****" on Jan. 17/2024, @###-###-#### at the suggestion of "Cindy" the salesperson at Discounters Pool and Spa, ******* **** Oshawa (where we purchased the hot tub originally) for repair of a leaking underwater light lens. Repairman attended our residence on Jan. 26/24, and advised us that he was ordering the defective part from Discounters, and we could expect his return and repair in 2 weeks. Called "*** ** *** ***" on Feb. 26/24 and spoke to "****" who advised us that the part was still on order, and had not been received. I asked him why there was no telephone follow-up when the expected repair date had passed, and he could offer NO explanation. Called "*** ** *** ***" onMar. 21/24 and spoke to "****", who gave me the same **** excuses that "****" gave me on Feb. 26/24. The part is a small simple clear plastic lens, approximately 2.5 inches in diameter. I fail completely to understand what the problem is, and why there is NO ongoing communication from "Discounters" nor from their repair service "*** ** *** ***. As our spa is outdoors, I have had to deal with this leak every 3 days, adding water constantly so the tub will continue running, preventing it from freezing up and destroying the pump and plumbing. ** *** ******** **** ****** *** *** ******** ******* ** **** *** ** **** **** *** ******** ******* ***** ****** **** *** ** ***** We just want our spa repaired! *** *** ****** **** *** **** ** ******* **** *********** *** *********** ******* ** ** **** ** ***** *** ** ********** ************ ** **** ******** *** ** ** **** ***** **** **** ***** ********* **** *** ****

      Yes, the dispute continues, with NO settlement of the promised repairs (now a 4 month delay)
