      Managers at St John’s store are not given the ability to manage by their superiors. Reasonable customer service is not something that you can expect to find at this store if you have a problem. Managers at this location do not have tools required to manage. *** * ***** **** ***** **** ********** **** ***

      I purchased a car seat from the ToysRus in Etobicoke location back on August 26. I never opened the box and it was supposed to be a gift. When we gave the box to the receiver, we then learned that the receiver did not need the car seat anymore as they already have a car seat. I am left now with this $300+ car seat. I decided to reach out to the corporate office and I spoke to someone. She asked me to provide the original receipt and a picture of the car seat in a box. I sent her a picture of the car seat in a box (sealed), a scanned copy of the original receipt that shows the total amount of the item and I also sent her a screenshot of my bank account which shows the amount of the car seat and the location of the ToysRus where I purchased the car seat. I waited for 2 days and she finally responded and denied my complaint. I need to have this complaint escalated to a higher position staff who actually care about their loyal customers like me. I have always been going to ToysRus to buy stuff not just for my kids but also to the other kids who I am friends with their parents. Like what I have mentioned, I provided a scanned picture of the original receipt, the picture of the unopened box and I also provided a screenshot of my bank account that shows the purchase date and the car seat as well. I am reaching out to the higher position staff of ToysRus corporation, please I need help returning this car seat. I have no use of this and I am not asking to get my money back. I am asking to at least give me like a store credit. I am a loyal customer of this company and I never had issues with the past purchase items. Please if someone can help me. Thank you very much.

      Hi, I went to the toys r us in Sudbury for an item that wasn’t in stock. Vera was my salesperson. She went above and beyond to help me to find what I needed. Showed me how to order it and to get it shipped. She was amazing and very patient. She was very helpful. Thanks Vera!

      Hi,
      I haven’t received the item I ordered on line from toys r us.ca,and Toy r us canada didn’t do anything! no money back or resend the item . I even suggested to pick the item from store and toy r us canada didn’t accept it!! I paid but didn’t receive my item!!!! such poor customer service and never ever shop again…
