Poor Customer Service - I'm referring to the owner Paul - Office staff that I dealt with on the other hand were polite and ************ ********* - wanting to bill my insurance company for storing my trailer - when they weren't storing my trailer

    Dear *******,
We appreciate your feedback and understand that this situation has been frustrating for you. However, we would like to clarify a few important points from our perspective.
First, we want to emphasize that the leaks you mentioned were repaired at no cost to you each time. We take pride in our workmanship, and the damages you experienced occurred after the repairs were completed. Unfortunately, these damages were the result of the accident you encountered, which your insurance company declined to cover.
As we discussed previously, we recommend contacting your insurance company or possibly consulting an insurance lawyer for further assistance. After your accident, your unit was brought in for inspection, and we provided an estimate for your insurer. However, when you chose to take the trailer back to your home for the appraiser’s visit, we were informed that your claim had been denied.
We did reach out to your insurance company on your behalf, providing them with all necessary documentation to demonstrate that there were no prior damages before your accident. Ultimately, the decision regarding your claim lies with the insurance company, not with us.
While we take your concerns seriously, we also feel it’s important to address the allegations made against our business, which we believe are unfounded. We may need to consider appropriate actions regarding any defamatory statements.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you find a resolution to your situation.
    Best regards,
    Vacations on Wheels.
