    I purchased a brand new 2022 motorcycle (****** *** ****) from this dealer in June 2022. After completion of documents and financing when I went to dealer for pick up the bike I noticed damages on both sides of the bike (scratches and broken fairings on left and right side). The dealer promised to change the damaged fairings under the warranty and they gave me written document confirming this promise. After several inquiries finally they changed the right side fairings after 3 months and told me the ****** did not send them the right side fairings for replacement. After about additional 2 months and despite my several inquiries for replacing the damaged right side fairings the dealer do not answer my requests and their part manager (Jean) do not respond my emails. I have bought a new vehicle from this dealer and expect to have an intact product. The dealer managers talked very friendly at the time of purchase but unfortunately now they ignore my request despite promising me to fix this issue and when I call them they refer me to their non responsive part manager who unprofessionally do not respond my emails and contacts. I want a clear response from this dear to tell me when this right side damaged fairings is supposed to be replaced.

    I have received a call from VOS today on Feb 1, 2023, and they informed me that the parts will be coming to the dealership on Feb 27 and they will come to my place to pick up the bike and and change the parts and deliver it to me without any charges. This response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, is acceptable to me and will resolve my issue.

    *** **** **** ******** **** *** ***** ******** *** I did reach out to Mr. ******** ******* to review his complaint and apologized for any lack of communication while the part has been on order. The bike did have crate damage which was not noticed until the delivery to the customer and at that time it was agreed that he would take the motorcycle and we would get replacement fairings. We offered to cover the first service cost of $500 for the inconvenience which we have completed. 

    One side did arrive and has been changed we are still waiting on the other side to arrive as it was delayed due to supply chain issues. I called ****** and the part is expected to arrive on the 27th of this month. Once the piece has arrived, I have offered to pick up Mr. *******’s bike to complete the repair and then deliver it back to his residence. 

    I have also reviewed the complaint with my team to make this doesn’t happen in the future.
