    I signed a 5 year contract with Revolution Waste which sold to Waste Connections of Canada. The agreement is for a bin, monthly pick ups - 2nd Mon and to call prior to pick up to allow us to enclose dogs and horses. For the past four years I have received inconsistent bin picks, ack of pre-calling and increases from the initial amount of $49 to now $101 per month.. I tried to cancel my agreement due to invoice doubling, inconsistent bin pick ups and lack of customer service. They advised agreement is locked in for 5 years! To prevent a penalty send a registered letter not less than 90 days and not greater than 120 days before agreement expires. If you don't do this the agreement automatically renews for another 5 years. They **** ** ********** *** ***** ********* *** can increase the bill without any consent. It is so difficult to get someone to respond in a timely manner. I do have one contact now who has responded. They are not able to provide any concession on terminating the agreement when the company is not providing an effective service.

    I am rejecting this response because: despite numerous requests to cancel my contract due to inconsistent pickups, price increases and lack or calls prior to pick up company refuses to terminate contract.  Requests for decrease in monthly rates has also been declined.  Only option to reduce rate is to take out another 3 year contract.  The ******** timeline shows how often I have requested to cancel, reduce monthly rate and ask that a call is made prior to pick up.  This seems to breach the service level agreement but it seems that customers have no right of appeal.  I have repeatedly voiced my dissatisfaction with the service.  ** ** ******* * ***** **** ** ******* *** ************

    Waste Connections asks that this customer call the customer service manager in regard to this issue. They would like to hear the story in its entirety and see what can possibly done to help. If the customer can call ************ and ask to speak to the customer service manager in regard to the BBB posted, I think we might be able to rectify this with the customer.
