    In November 2023, I had this company drop off and pick up the bin left on my driveway for my backyard renovations. The person picking up the bin from my driveway left a part of my driveway damaged and when I tried reaching out to the company, nobody was willing to help me. The first time I called, a rep from this company had said they’d get their manager Steve to call me and never did. When I tried calling back multiple times, nobody picked up. It was as if they were intentionally avoiding my call. I waited so long for some sort of resolution from this company and I’ve been so patient, but now I am tired. I have proof of the damage left on my driveway (pictures and texts). R****** ** **** ********* ******* ******** **** ***** ****** **** *********** ******* ****** **** **** ******** Please help.

    We had many conversations with home owner at *** ******* ** *********.  As we indicated multiple times to the house owner her dispute is with her contractor **** ****** ***********.  **** ****** *********** ordered the bin for September 14, 2023.  He left the bin on driveway for almost 3 weeks overloaded with dirt.   The bin was overloaded and unproperly left on driveway by contractor.   When I discussed issue with home owner and explained to her that **** ****** *********** overloaded the bin therefore the bin was too heavy and this is what caused damage to her driveway.  She then told me that she can no longer get ahold of her contractor because he left for India and she does not know where he is.  The conversation we had multiple times is that the damage was caused solely by her contractor and had nothing to due with the service from All Canadian Waste Disposal.   The contractor **** ****** *********** knew the bin was overloaded therefore he should have not placed bin on driveway and when he did place bin on driveway there were multiple ways the contractor could have used to protect the driveway for his client.  The contractor damaged driveway, ignored all communication with home owner and then disappeared.

    During the month of January 2024, the business, All Canadian Waste Disposal, was dropping off a waste bin at my property. In doing so, the driver clipped the hydro line and pulled the electrical services wire from the neighbour's house. The neighbour and I both witnessed the incident and when we advised the driver of the issue, he ignored our concerns.

    I had an electrician working on my property at the time, so I sent him over to inspect the damage. He advised that it needed to be repaired immediately and that ******* ***** would have to disconnect the power before the repair could be addressed. Due to the potential danger of live power lines, I told my neighbour that I would cover the cost of the repair and seek reimbursement from the business that caused the damage.

    I have been contacting All Canadian Waste weekly via phone calls and emails to address the issue and to find an amicable resolution. The company has time and time again dismissed my concerns and attempt for a resolution. * **** **** **** **** ** ****** *** ** **** **** ** ***** ****** ******

    Hi, 

    At the time of the incident contractor indicated to office due to the location of drop off, the area of bin requested it is very difficult for bin to be dropped off and customer knew about difficult location.  Without any help with contractors on site driver placed bin where contractor requested   I believe the issue was at the time there was no phone call with the price of repairs and no confirmation to proceed with repairs.  I understand it was an issue regarding ******* *****, but client did not send us a price or quote for any repairs before any work was done.  There needed to be some form of communication with a price of repairs before any repair proceeds and/or completed.  I am willing to work with contractor to get this issue resolved in a mannerly form.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    All Canadian Waste Disposal Inc. has not reached out to resolve this matter in a timely fashion.  I have been contacting the company in an attempt to resolve this issue for over a year and a half, which has been documented through hundreds of phone calls and dozens of emails. 

    All Canadian Waste Disposal Inc.  had successfully dropped off and picked up dozens of bins from the location without an other incidents.  The supplier was aware that the street is narrow and a small truck was always requested when ordering a bin.  *** ****** ******** ******* *** ****** *** ** * **** *** *** ***** ********* 

    Several attempts were made to contact the supplier when the issue occurred, however phone calls went unreturned.  Due to the potential danger of damaged electrical wires, the damage need to be a rectified immediately.  

    I request that the supplier call me to resolve this issue immediately.
