      My boiler has been down since September 6, 2023. Called for service and the technician arrived after two days. The tankless boiler was diagnosed to replace 8 different parts (they should replace the boiler with a new one).
      Called customer service multiple times and stated that the parts were being ordered and would be expedited once the parts were available. It has been two weeks now and no updates from Cricket.
      Every time I call these customer service agents, they say the same thing all over again. One of the agents even said that it's not them to blame it's their sub-contractor. It's your damn responsibility cause it's your contractor and representing your company! They even forward your call to their sub and let you speak with them which no one is answering most of the time.

      Horrible customer service, cannot contact anyone about billing. Told to leave messages and call back later. No one ever reached out. Then called the service department and was told we were getting a call from Alex, he never called. Then told ***** is who we have to contact and same story there. Charged three times in the span of two weeks, with no explanation.

      *** **** ****** *** **** ******* * **** *** My water tank is leaking and has caused significant damage to my ceiling. I called to put an emergency on Feb 14th to which I received servicing the next day. The rep said the item I needed needs to be order and is now on back order. My main review here is in regards to a call I made to today to cricket looking for some sort of compensation for my troubles. The rep at cricket was not helpful at all and was actually very rude. I expressed my concern about not having hot water for the next few days as it's a long weekend and she said that I could just boil water. I feel like she did not sympathize with me at all. * ** ******** *** ***** * *** ** ****** ** ******* ** ***** I expect a phone call from upper management to get this issue resolved ASAP, otherwise I escalate this issue.

      4 year old boiler malfunction with no heat or hot water.
      Called service number and took 3 days for tech to come,and then, need a new part which they said was another week or so. The monthly fee for 'free service included in price' is misleading when service is slow and they try to save costs by not replacing a broken boiler.
