    ***** ** ** **** ** ******* *** We had all our windows replaced with Vinyl Pro's window systems over 12 years ago. We love the feature where by both outside / inside surfaces and wire screen can all be cleaned from inside the house. Never had any issue in maintaining them. This year .. in just one window, accidentally (in a vertical slider) i pulled out the bottom and could not put it back correctly. Could close the window down. So reached out to the Manufacturer by email asking for "step to fix". Was amazed to hear from their tech, who was on his way from Montreal to Toronto .. he detoured via our home. Fixed the problem and pointed out the correct way of doing the cleaning .. so this risk could be avoided. This is what I call "Amazing Warranty and Service". I strongly recommend you consider VinylPro Windows for your future needs. *** *********

    After not being able to contact the company that installed my Windows in 2019, I reached out directly to the manufacturer of my window, Vinyl-Pro Window Systems Inc. After speaking with several departments, I was put in touch with Victoria. She was fantastic, I provided her with all the details of my faulty window and she went above and beyond to help. Victoria and the Vinyl-Pro team truly stand behind their product. I was assured that they would do whatever they could to rectify the situation. At this point, I figured they would replace the window under warranty but I would need to pay for installation, seeing that my original installer was clearly not honouring the warranty agreement. Within a month, I had a new window replacement under warranty installed free of charge. The manufacturer chosen installers were very professional and helpful as well. They cleaned up any debris caused by the install and also explained several aspects of the install. * ***** ********** ********* ****** *** *** ******* **** *** *** ****** ************* ** **** ********* ******* ******* *** ** ******** ** **** ********  Thank you Victoria and Arthur for making this disappointing defective window into a positive resolution. I am beyond satisfied with the excellent customer service provided to me during this entire ordeal. **** *
