    We built a new home and purchased flooring from here. The flooring is already broken and coming apart all over the house. We have 2668 sq ft home and unfortunately for us, it is throughout the whole home. We filed a claim, they sent out a 3rd party inspector who said it was installed incorrectly and made comments about my office chair being on the flooring. It was installed incorrectly by a professional builder who has been doing this for 30+ years. They find a way to blame the consumer or installer in every case. I can take out a brand new piece from the box and easily break it with no issue. That is a product problem. As for the chair being on the floor, where exactly would you suggest i put the chair? Bottom line is they don't produce a quality product, and don't honor their "warranty". No matter who you contact at the company, they say to contact where you purchased it. They are the producers and refuse to stand behind their failing products. ** *** ******** *** ** ***** ********* * ***** ****** ****** **** **** *** *** *** ******
