    My husband ***** and I hired ******************************** to do a job for us at ****************************************************, **. about a month ago.The job included:Excavation around 2 sides of the house,Removal of interlocking flower garden, **************** steps,Installation of weeping tile and a weather proofing membrane on 2 out of 4 sides of the property,Backfill and repair/replacement of the garden, stairs, sidewalk.We Requested or Inquired about needing/wanting permits...and Brunet told us they are not required or needed and did not provide any.(We trusted him)The guarantee for the job was 4-5 days.It has been almost a ************ than half the work is done.There has been no safety gear for the workers or safety measures/barriers on site.We now have a 4ft 8ft moat around the house.Recent rain washout is causing a sinkhole in our driveway to form...and the neighbors can't use their driveway.When confronting the contractor/workers we have been yelled at and told "do you want us to f'ing leave" and now more recently we are being text threatened that the company refuses to return until we give more money. *Extortion*2 other local contractors have since seen the job site and have informed us that all the work that is done is at best, sub par and done with the very lowest of quality materials.Also the future plans on how Brunet wants to install/repair things is not legal, possible or up to any codes.We presently have exposed gas lines, bricks and debris all over the front yard, and no access to the main door/entrance, no fencing etc etc.We are afraid to lose the house or have it condemned because of this.We cannot deal with the extortion threats.We desperately need Help.

    Its sad people are not understanding how excavation works , sometimes it takes longer but tell that to a wall , first off we are not there no more because of the abusive behaviour, not expectable, third we love to finish up but your being unreasonable and giving way to many red flags , so we require more retainer to move forward, but no response after days . Nobody running away here but you guys , I feel presents of o I fooled u , like trying to get me to do a job fully but not wanting to pay fully , its a very unfortunate year because lots of people are stressed out with all thats going on so maybe the abuse is from that , idk , but Im always willing to finish but I got a feeling you cant due to unknown reasons  i rejected your comeback, untruthful

    The start of this whole transaction stated almost 12 months ago. This company came in gave us a wonderful quote for the completion of our foundation. A $20,000 job that we have already paid about 95% of and it has yet to be completed. This included foundation repairs to all the walls around my home and landscaping. The project was started before winter and has been in the works ever since. From the terrible weeping job on the foundation that is already being lifted off the sides of the foundation being completely useless, to the cut antenna pole thats still hanging off the side of my house months later. Excuse after excuse of why they arent showing up to setting a date and not showing at all. This company started additional jobs to make this whole process seem worth it and then not completing those either. Terrible communication stills backed up by terrible management skills. This company has not stood up to their word and im not impressed with any of the work they have done. Incorrect techniques, horrible foundation work. My yard is still a mess piles of cement, metal and garbage that we have had to move ourselves to have a yard our kids could play in. Uneven coverage of the seal on the foundation has created lifting around the house which has made my basement leak still as well as the side they have yet to complete and dont seem to be competing at all. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I advise to anyone to think twice before hiring this company to do any work for you of any kind.

    Unfortunately anybody can give false information as per your work was done all up to code and covers all below ground work , you make statements that your not educated on , work was perfect and you where satisfied as I have in text , unfortunately you have other extensive work that doesnt not!! Including in the est , you unfortunately have leaks on your roof that is compromised and that has nothing to do with my work . Im sorry we dont cover outside the contracted work , Second of all we did 90% of the work before winter that past but leading up to the end you lied and said you would have what owed to me 3000 & or more but told me you couldnt pay , I have the proof , so any contractor would be stepping back and would wonder am I gonna get paid ? So that said I held back some work  till further notice , its like going to purchase something and telling them Ill pay you  later when I can come up  with the balance, but never would get a strait answer  on how or when ,business cant run if clients cant pay , or we be bankrupt, I see your ***et but you need to see where Im coming from , you have my messages saying that I have np coming to do the little touch *** but you have no answer or resolution to giving me a payment plan , to top it off I offered to do the basement roof  / cold storage for free!! To help but u wanted no part of it so its tuff to finish the little touch *** if you refuse to let me back ? And no clear answer on how to pay me , its unfortunate for guys like me , 25 years in never really any legitimate complaints , and either is your complaint by posting fake information you kill my livelihood and  to provide for my families by throwing out misinformation, this all started when I demanded how Ill be paid when I finish the 2 hours of work to be done , such a minuet amount of work  left but your not compromising because you cant pay $ 

    a letter is sent by my lawyer for defamation, loss of work if this goes any further, hope you come to some resolution and calm down a bit , your rudeness and name calling is not taking lightly
