    We have ordered countertops through fines on 11th feb, 2025 with turnaround time 3-5 weeks. We have paid 50% deposit when we placed the order. In the beginning of march we got an update from ******* Hyderman that the *** of the countertop is 13 March. We did not receive anymore update since then, until we emailed and asked about our countertop. On the 20 march I called the store for an update and was told it will be delivered that Friday and that I need to pay in full to secure delivery, only to receive another call two hours later that part of the order was defective. We received the partial shipment the next day and upon inspection the countertop is not of the size e ordered. The owner ****** Fines was contacted and she said the issues will be fixed in a timely manner. ******* hyderman requested we send her the template and a site visit even though home hardware is not installing the product. We feel that was overstepping and denied it. Since then we received no updates from her. Every time we asked about updates we were told hopefully next week and oh I am not sure . This has gone on for two months now as I put in a formal complaint. The last time we emailed her was this morning and received no response. I called the store again and was told another excuse yet again and that the product will not be delivered. It has been more than two months since I placed an order for a product with turnaround time of 3-5 weeks and this is beyond infuriating. I have expected more accountability from the franchise the Fines but I guess I could not have been more wrong. I have requested a refund multiple times since 21 March and it had been denied and brushed off multiple times.

    We have received the countertops to measurements as ordered and consider the matter resolved.
