    Last fall of 2024, we had our trailer winterized at Seguin Services. Also we had asked to repair the furnace and call the extended warranty company for coverage. He also had suggested to realign the awning.We don't know what was done (too late winterizing or omission of some of the procedures) but when we came back to pick up the trailer in spring of 2025, the pipes at the back of the trailer leaked and the water heater didn't work anymore. We reached out to Mr ********************** several times but he was avoiding us. Finally after saying he was very busy, he repaired the leakage but we still have some issues with the water heater. It doesn't work and it was working fine in the fall. Mr ********************** doesn't answer anymore, avoiding us although we have sent him several messaged texts, phone calls and emails. This confirms us that he knows he is responsible for all the problems. After doing some adjustments on our awning, it now leaks all throughout the front door. It was working fine before the "adjustments".He told us that the parts and work on the furnace were not covered by the extended warranty. He replaced the *** part and charged us. After checking ourselves with the insurance company, we realized it would have been covered but he never called. And worst of all, the furnace still not working!He charged us a lot of money and all we got were problems unsolved. We now have to get our trailer repaired somewhere else because he won't answer anymore and anyway, he is not reliable. We do not recommend his services. Very frustrating experience!
