    ***** Canada sent a repair company to fix my refrigerator, as the first company they sent was unable to address this type of issue. I had to pay the fee for the first visit! I requested an approximate quote before the 2nd technician came to service my fridge. On the scheduled day, the repair technician called me and informed me that the labour cost for a two-hour job would be around $2,000. This is outrageous!
    I told him to diagnose the fridge first so we could discuss the next steps, as I was not willing to pay $2,000 for labour alone, ***** ***** **** * ******** ***** **** *** ****** ********* ** *** ******** ******* they know they are the only company that can perform this repair. This situation is unacceptable!
    I live in a condo building where parking is not free. He expected me to pay for his parking as well. I told him absolutely not and did not proceed with them. **** * ***** **** ****** **** ***** ********

    **** ******* This company charged me for parts to fix my ****** BBQ, came and next finished the installation, never came back or returned repeated emails and calls.

    this call was placed 7/15/20 we ordered parts customer requested to repair bbq that had rusted and decayed we quoted customer on parts requested customer gave auth parts were ordered 11/11/20 when tech arrived found other parts were needed 11/18/20 new quote was sent to customer with added parts
    customer never gave authorization to order additinal parts. customer was billed for parts ordered by customer and left with customer , service call and labour for tech time are still outstanding
