We had a large outdoor project completed by *********** in Oct/Nov 23, - I can't praise them enough! We were completely impressed by the team's work ethic, their professionalism, pleasantness no matter what, attention to detail, tradesmanship, punctuality, dedication, and of course, the fabulous results! They effectively fixed the cracks in our foundation, changed our old style interlock in the front and both sides of the house with modern slick stones and river rock, changed our front entrance and side stairs and added a matching raised platform in front of our large window, all quite beautiful, flowing seemlessly and looking very sharp. Our driveway was expanded with a slick new design to fit a total of 5-6 cars (from 4, best decision now that the snow is here), and they had another reliable company redo our pavement. They also replaced our side wooden gates with PVC fencing - what a difference! The comms were excellent throughout, they always double checked with us before undertaking another part of the project, ensuring we were of the same understanding, providing ideas/suggestions to consider. We knew we could expect top-notch svcs since they did many of our neighbours' projects, and who remain satisfied. But they went beyond expectations, finding solutions to uneven terrain in some areas and fixing gaps around the fence, ensuring all looked perfect. They took great care in protecting our lawn which is astounding considering the amount of dirt and stones moved - they knew how important it was to me. There were never large piles of dirt/rocks on our yard, they disposed of it regularly, also cleaned up the road and work areas extremely well at the end of each day - very organized work flow. The amount of specialized equipment they came with and how they operated it was impressive, true professionals in their field! This was a huge investment for us, but we are very happy with this friendly/courteous team, their work, and the results. I highly recommend them!
