    We hired HB Pools to install a new liner in our pool. The process took several months which was normal I guess to get any work done these days and we also had to request several updates because their was a lack of communication from the project manager. We finally got the liner installed and I noticed a large gap on both sides of the steps after the installers had left. I complained to the company and they returned a couple days later but not after heavy rains fell and water poured down within those gaps. They attempted to remove the gap using a kettle to boil water and push the liner in place but a small gap remained which was the size of a quarter. Instead of making sure the small hole was plugged they instead told my wife to get some caulking and fill the gap they left behind.I am disappointed with the company for the following reasons that:1.the liner wasnt properly installed as per the original installation of the pool and liner in 2009 2.That they left a large ******** to return and reduce the size of the gap but not eliminated it entirely. And to add insult to injury, telling my wife that she should caulk the hole that they left behind.3.Not hearing back from the company when we requested a guarantee that if there was a problem with the liner due to the freeze/thaw cycle at that spot it would be repaired at their expense.
