    July 26,2022.I paid this company the final payment for a pool installation. I paid $14574. The company originally was very good to work with. They seemed to be professional and returned phone calls. As the pool was filling with water I noticed some issues with the pool. I could see the railing of the pool top coming undone. And the liner looked baggy, the ***** ****** said he would be back to bring me a gfic for my plug for the pump and the ladder was not sturdy and would contact the manufacturer to get us a better one. The ladder was not even completely built. It was swaying and unsafe to use even though it was brand new. I was sent the final invoice which I paid. I texted the ***** that the kids were hurting there feet on sharp rocks on the bottom of the pool and asked when he would be back to put the chemicals in? He said he would teach us how to do it.I also told him there were holes in the brand new liner and the padding was coming up the side of the wall from the inner corner. I did not hear back from him in a week, then ****** gave me the work number to call and said he would be coming the next day to fix all the issues, he also said he had a call that day to talk to someone about the ladder. I told him to keep me updated. That was August 8. He never came back. Never called or emailed. I have been calling and texting and emailing him. Asking when he is going to fix all these issues with the pool. I also noticed he did not screw in all the screws for the supports on the wall. There is 3 screws in each beam however many of them only have one screw. I have asked him multiple times to send me my warranty’s for the pool, parts and build. Which he has also ignored. I am so disappointed in this company and process. I can’t believe I paid this company thousand of dollars they left me with this poor built pool with lots of issues. He told us he would show us how to take care of the pool close it for the winter and warranty the build. He ignores all my communication.
