    My daughter hired Dorchester Limousine service for her wedding for 3 hours (their minimum time). Firstly, she requested a WHITE Limousine and they showed up with a BLACK one. It was supposed to come with a bottle of champagne, however, it came with wine. The Limousine was NOT clean, especially on the outside.The Driver had difficulty driving it also. After a 20 minute ride to the venue, the drivr and Limousine just sat for the remainder of the 3 hrs as photos were being taken. During this time, the driver approached multiple guests with his clipboard, saying that he needed payment. The payment he was referring to was *** AND his TIP!! Their $500 was paid in advance, however, due to the crazy busy wedding activities, the *** was overlooked. How UNPROFESSIONAL was this? When I was finally able to get away, I went to speak with the driver, within the 3 hour window I might add. I asked for an email to etransfer the difference and he stated rudely that he had to have ****, including his TIP. We paid him and I could not wait for Monday morning to call them to speak to a Manager. Well it was worse speaking with her! She was very rude and offered no apology for the issues or her Driver's actions. When I mentioned that I will be writing a review, she said go ahead! Unfortunately their website does not offer this option and that is why I came to the BBB site. I hope this review will save others from making a mistake in booking a Limousine from this company!! The worst service and very unprofessional management as well!!
