    I hired this company to tear down an old deck and put up a new deck.They were known to my family and were local. Deck was completed in Oct 2022. I contacted **************** on Oct 31 2022 to report some concerns about the deck (cracked boards, rough screws in hand railings, built in around my air conditioner unit when it was supposed to be left open. They also moved my a/c unit and broke/bent one of the lines. He responded that he would fix the issues but never did.I texted him Nov 14 2022 and advised that there were more boards that are cracked - some from top to bottom (skirting boards), no spacing between many boards, that the heating and cooling guy he sent out to re-hook up my furnace exhaust was supposed to come back and fix the a/c unit line but he never came back. No response from **** I texted Dec. 12 2022, and he responded, "I'll follow up" but he didn't I followed up in the Spring 2023 asking when he was going to come to my house and discuss how he's going to fix what's wrong. There was no response.I texted April 14 2023 to ask when the guy was coming to fix my a/c unit and to see if he could come and see the concerns I had been reporting to him. He asked for my address for the a/c guy.May 9 - text him, no response May 11 texted again about a/c May 17 texted about a/c and said maybe we need to use another company - a/c guy came the next week.June 19 texted re: concerns of deck, no response June 22 texted about same and got response he was away and that all wood cracks. He would come around the following week. He never did July 12, 18, Aug 16, texted **** - no response Nov 1 texted that I called him a few times, no response to my messages, no response to text. I'm going to file a BBB complaint Nov. 10 - he had a worker come over who acknowledged that there were some things on the deck that need to be fixed and took pics. They never came back Jan 5 2024 texted **** to see now that holidays are over what's the plan to fix the deck - no response
