      I have been coerced under duress into paying $14,131.00 to Lumberjack HBC, ***************************** *********** ********* and *************************** (Director, Treasurer, Secretary). Under Construction Lien Law in ******* a supplier has 45/60 days from job end to put lien on property. After ************************************ lien is voided. Non of this occurred. A lien was put on my property in April 2023 for work that was done October 2021 and paid in full to contract/supplier in March 15, 2022 after windows supplied were to standard. I had conversation with ******************************** in October 2023 and was told unless I paid lien It would not be lifted. I let him know the lien laws and what he has done Is illegal, fraud and extortion. I paid him a second time for the windows that were done in October 2021. Meanwhile I am innocent of any wrong doing. Have paid for my windows twice. Have had to go to hospital, doctors, and neurologist and have been given two scripts to help with nerve issues brought on by illegal criminal action. This is why I am looking for at least the $14,131.00 fraudulently extorted from me.
